Fan favorites, pinned

The recipes people make on repeat stay pinned at the top, so the best stuff never gets buried.

Your high-protein menu, planned for you — every single week.

Dinner used to be the hardest part of my day. Not the cooking — the deciding. I'd open the fridge, stare at ingredients that had no plan, and somehow end up eating the same four things on rotation or snacking straight from the cabinet until I wasn't even hungry anymore.

I had saved recipes everywhere. Folders, screenshots, bookmarks — a whole library of meals I never actually made because they needed twenty ingredients I'd only use once. So I kept defaulting to plain chicken, eggs, and protein shakes, telling myself that was "eating clean."

It wasn't clean. It was boring. And being bored with your food is the fastest way to fall off track.

What changed everything was having a small, realistic set of meals already picked out for the week. Not fifty options. Just enough: breakfasts I actually wanted, lunches I could pack or grab fast, dinners the whole house would eat, and one sweet thing so I didn't feel deprived.

You don't need seven different breakfasts or seven different lunches. You need a short list of solid, high-protein recipes that work — so you shop once, waste less, and stop thinking about food all day.

This is for you if...

You've ever stood in front of the fridge hoping dinner would magically appear.

You save recipes constantly but never seem to make any of them.

You're tired of rotating the same five "safe" meals on repeat.

You want to eat higher protein without living on chicken and shakes.

You'd rather spend your mental energy on literally anything other than meal planning.

If you want food to feel simple again — this was made for you.

What lands every Friday

Ten new recipes. That's it. Not overwhelming, not endless — just enough to give you real variety without filling your cart with ingredients you'll throw away.

  • 🍳 2 breakfasts to start the day with protein.
  • 🥗 2 lunches that are quick, packable and filling.
  • 🍽️ 5 dinners — crockpot, sheet pan, air fryer, family-style comfort food.
  • 🍫 1 weekly sweet treat because consistency doesn't mean never having fun.
  • 📝 A complete grocery list built from the week.
  • 📄 A printable menu to post on the fridge.
  • ⏱️ A bonus prep sheet to save you time during the week.

Because ten recipes is the sweet spot: enough that you don't get bored, few enough that you don't waste food or money. You shop once, prep what you want, and the rest of the week runs itself.

Why I built this

For a long time I thought "high protein" meant eating the same bland stuff over and over. I'd try to be good all day, avoid the foods I actually liked, and then end up overeating at night because I felt restricted and bored.

I had all the motivation in the world. I just didn't have a plan I could stick to.

Once I started building my week around meals I looked forward to — real food, not diet food — everything shifted. I stopped grazing. I stopped the all-or-nothing cycle. And I lost 45 pounds in a matter of months without giving up the foods I loved.

The difference wasn't willpower. It was having a menu that made the week easy.

That's what this is: simple, high-protein meals you actually want to make, planned out fresh every week so you never have to start from scratch.
